As a triple board-certified Interventionist, Family Recovery Specialist, and Certified Recovery Specialist, I bring both expertise and compassion to the work of helping families and individuals navigate the challenges of addiction, mental health, and disordered eating. With over a decade of experience helping families and individuals, my goal is to provide hope, clarity, and a way forward for those who feel lost and unsure of how to take the next step toward healing.
My approach is rooted in empathy, professionalism, and evidence-based practices. I believe that recovery is not just about the individual—it’s about creating space for the whole family to heal. That’s why I focus on a holistic approach, helping families address the dynamics shaped by addiction, trauma, or mental health challenges. By building trust and fostering connection, I work to restore hope and empower families to move toward healing together.
I’ve been privileged to train with some of the most respected leaders in the field, including training in Judith Landau’s ARISE Model of Intervention, as well as renowned professionals like Patricia Pike, Ed Storti, and Bill Woodbury. This foundation, paired with ongoing education in areas such as trauma, PTSD, disordered eating, and dual diagnoses, ensures I’m equipped to meet the unique needs of every family I serve.
Having grown up in a family impacted by addiction, I understand firsthand the ripple effects it can have on relationships and well-being. That personal experience drives my passion and commitment to creating a supportive environment where families feel seen, heard, and valued. While my personal story informs my work, my professional training and experience ensure that I can guide families through the complexities of recovery with care and expertise.
When I’m not working, I enjoy recharging through yoga and mindfulness, traveling with my husband, and spending time with my sweet dog, Ruby. I’m also an avid reader who loves starting the day with a strong cup of coffee and a great book—simple moments that remind me of the joy and balance recovery can bring to life.
If you’d like to learn more about my personal journey and why I do this work, I invite you to read My Why. Together, we can create a path to healing, hope, and recovery for you and your loved ones.
